At Paul Cataldo Architecture & Planning PC, an integrated approach to design is the natural process. Mechanical, electrical, and site design is important to the overall quality of the building.

Our goal is that the final result meets the architectural standards set by Vitruvius: Firmness, Commodity, and Delight. By that, Vitruvius meant:

• Firmness: structural soundness through anything the building may experience. 
• Commodity: value within a budget of first cost and long term operating costs and value to the owner.
• Delight: a well-designed, aesthetically pleasing site and building.
